• Free shipping on every order over $50 in the US.
• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days within the continental US.
• Tracking number sent by email the day your order ships (usually within 24h of purchase).
• Order before 2pm EST, ships same day Monday–Friday.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states. We currently don’t ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses — sorry. International shipping coming soon.

You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as we ship. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us at support@honestden.com and we’ll resend it.

Delayed or lost orders

If your tracking hasn’t moved in 5+ days, or you haven’t received your order within 14 days of shipment, email us at support@honestden.com with your order number. We’ll replace it or refund it — your choice.

Wrong address?

Email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we’ll do our best to fix it. After that, your order may already be shipped — in that case, we’ll work with the carrier to redirect it or, if needed, refund and reship.
