How it works
- You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
- We cover return shipping within the US.
- Refund issued within 5 business days after we receive your item.
- Your refund is sent back to your original payment method.
What we ask
- The item should be in resellable condition (we get it — you tried it, that's fine. Just no major damage from misuse).
- Please keep the original packaging if possible.
How to start a return
Email us at support@honestden.com with:
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- A short note explaining the issue
We reply within 24 hours (excluding Sundays). We'll send you a prepaid return label and guide you through the process.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, just email us with a photo. We'll replace it free of charge — no need to return the original.
Defective or wrong item received
Same process: send us a photo and your order number to support@honestden.com. We’ll replace or refund within 24 hours. You keep the original.
