Can the Verdun be engraved?

Yes. Add the engraving note at checkout, maximum 18 characters, burned into the inside of the casing. Engraved lighters are still covered by the 30-day return policy.

How do I refill it?

Standard lighter fluid, available at any tobacconist or hardware store. Open the bottom plate, soak the cotton wadding, close. Standard flint replaces the same way. Each casing comes with one spare flint.

Does it ship with fluid included?

No. Airline regulations prohibit shipping lighters with fluid. Your Verdun ships empty with one cotton wadding and one spare flint. Lighter fluid is widely available at any tobacconist.
