Between two sizes, take the smaller one. The pads only work flush against the skin.

For the ones who hate the gym
Rivelle LIFT:ON – Glute Sculpting Shorts
It is a workout. While you are standing. Four EMS zones contract your glutes, your inner thighs and your pelvic floor for you – doing the dishes, at your desk, on the sofa.
You feel it from the first minute, and it is not up to you
One session is 6,000+ deep kegels
Four modes, including Glute Lift
Sore the next day, without a single squat
As seen in:
What changes, session by session

You feel it before you believe it
- The contraction starts on its own, and it is not up to you
- Wet the four pads, press the remote, that is the whole setup
- Twenty minutes standing at the sink, or sitting at your desk
- Most women feel it the next day the way a heavy leg session lands

The mirror is not the first to tell you
- Jeans sit differently before anything shows in a photo
- Glute Lift becomes the mode you keep coming back to
- The pelvic floor work happens in the same twenty minutes
- No gym, no equipment, no time set aside for it

The part you were told took a year
- Visible lifting reported between two and four weeks
- Outer glutes, inner glutes, inner thighs, pelvic floor — four zones
- Worn under a dress, nobody knows it is on
- And you never booked a single session
Why women wear them at home
Four electrode zones, four modes, one rechargeable remote. Nothing to assemble, nothing to refill.

What physiotherapists say about stimulation

“You cannot squat your way to a pelvic floor. It sits deeper than anything a lunge reaches, and it is the layer that decides how the glutes sit above it. Electrical stimulation is what we use in clinic precisely because the contraction does not depend on whether you know how to find the muscle.”

“Glutes respond to volume, and volume is what people run out of. Twenty minutes of involuntary contraction is not a replacement for training, it is the volume most women were never going to do.”

“After birth the connection to the deep muscles is the first thing to go, long before the strength does. Stimulation gives the muscle the signal back, which is where every programme has to start.”

Frequently asked questions
Does it actually do anything, or does it just buzz?
The contraction is involuntary — you do not choose it and you cannot hold back from it. Most wearers describe being sore the next day the way a heavy leg session leaves you.
Which size do I take?
Two sizes cover US 0 to 18. F is US 0-8, F+ is US 10-18. Between two sizes, take the smaller one: the pads only work flush against the skin. Measure your waist and hips before you order — opened items cannot be exchanged for size.
Do I have to be doing something for it to work?
No. Standing, sitting or lying down all work. Most women use it while they are doing something else, which is the point.
How long before anything shows?
Visible lifting is reported between two and four weeks of regular sessions. The soreness comes far earlier — usually the first night.
What comes in the box?
The shorts with four built-in electrode zones, and a rechargeable remote with four modes including Glute Lift. Nothing else to buy.
Why do I have to wet the pads?
The current passes through moisture. Dry pads either do nothing or feel sharp; a few drops of water is the difference between the two.
Can I wear them under clothes?
Yes. They read as plain black high-waisted bike shorts, and the remote clips at the side.
I had a baby. Is the pelvic floor mode for me?
That is the layer it reaches, and it is the one squats never do. If you are early postpartum or have a condition affecting that area, run it past your physiotherapist or doctor first.
Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
