1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items

Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

Custom or personalized products


3. How to Start a Return


To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [support@yourbrand.com] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Need a different size or color? Contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
