Will I really stop reaching for concealer?
It covers nothing. It fills the hollow that CASTS the shadow, so there is less shadow to hide. Plenty of buyers drop concealer for daytime and most use noticeably less. If what you are covering is pigment rather than a shadow, you still need coverage.
I used it for 5 days and saw nothing. Is that normal?
Yes. Glow and hydration land on day 1, that part is immediate. The under-eye hollow needs 2 weeks of daily use, which is when the trial measured the 25.7% drop. Judge it at 2 weeks, not at 5 days.
I have tried eye creams for years and none of them did anything.
This is not a cream. A cream sits on the surface and hydrates it. This is a balm you press into the hollow so the area looks fuller, which is why the change shows up as volume and light rather than as a texture you have to look for.
It felt greasy going on. Am I using it wrong?

Will it get rid of my dark circles?

I have sensitive skin. Is it safe around my eyes?
