Up to 26 lbs in three monthsFifteen minutes a day. That is the entire ask.
One session burns like two hours of trainingThree times the calorie burn, sitting perfectly still.
A month of gym results, without the gymNo subscription, no commute, no changing room.
You do it while you do something elseDesk, sofa, bed. Cordless, and it stops on its own.
As seen in:
What each engine actually touches
The part every sculpting belt page skips.
A small current makes the muscle contract on its own. Not a feeling of contraction — the actual thing, the same one a sit-up produces, except you are not deciding to do it.
That matters at the waist specifically. The muscle that holds the middle flat sits under the one you can see, and a crunch mostly works the one on top. Bipolar EMS goes past it.
1000+ RPM, on the soft tissue rather than through the skeleton. You can see it moving, which is most of why people trust it — and it is the part that makes fifteen minutes feel like something happened.
Run at the same time as the EMS, not before or after it. Two layers, one session.
Red and near-infrared are absorbed inside the cell, by the part that produces its energy — the same mechanism used on faces, pointed at a stomach instead. Heat at 39, 42 or 45 °C makes the fifteen minutes pleasant, which is the unglamorous reason people keep going.
Together, the three do in fifteen minutes what a session at a gym takes two hours to do — without the commute, the subscription or the part where you have to feel like going.
What changes, and when

The burn starts the first time
- Fifteen minutes at around three times your resting rate
- You feel the EMS pulling — start on level one, it is enough
- No soreness that stops you doing anything the next day
- Nothing about your evening had to change to fit it in

The waistband is the first honest signal
- The middle stops feeling soft before it looks different
- Jeans do up without the sit-down-and-breathe-in routine
- Most people move up a level around here without deciding to
- Four weeks in, and you have not been to a gym once

The number people quote
- Up to 26 lbs over three months of daily use
- Fifteen minutes a day is the only thing it ever asked
- Red and near-infrared have been working the skin the whole time
- Individual results vary with diet and starting point
The questions nobody answers on a product page
Everything a gym asks of you, that this does not.

What the people who work on bodies say

“Muscle is what burns, and it burns whether the contraction was your idea or not. Stimulate the core for fifteen minutes and the expenditure is real — the difference is that you did it sitting down.”

“A vibration plate puts load through the ankles, knees and spine, and for a lot of my patients that rules it out entirely. A belt does not. It delivers to one area and asks nothing of the joints.”

“The muscle that holds the waist flat sits under the one you can see, and a crunch mostly works the one on top. Electrical stimulation contracts the deep one whether you are trying or not.”

Frequently asked questions
How much sport is this equivalent to?
One 15-minute session burns at around three times the resting rate — the equivalent of about two hours of moderate training. Daily use over three months is where the up-to-12 kg figure comes from. Individual results vary with diet and starting point.
How long before I see my waist change?
The burn starts on session one. Most people read the change in their waistband at around four weeks, and the three-month mark is where the biggest numbers show up. It is fifteen minutes a day, every day — that is the only thing it asks.
Who is it for?
Someone whose waist has gone soft and who is not going to start going to a gym about it. It is fifteen minutes, sitting down, and it asks nothing of your knees or your back.
What does it actually feel like?
The vibration is obvious and you can see it. The EMS is a pulling, and on the first session it is surprising — start on level one. The heat is the pleasant part.
How long, and how often?
One 15-minute routine. It stops by itself. Most people do it daily; there is no benefit to doing two in a row.
Can I wear it while I do something else?
That is the point. Cordless, it holds itself, and it does not need you to lie down. Desk, sofa, bed.
Will it fit me?
The belt adjusts, and two extension straps come in the box for a wider fit or for wearing it over a robe.
Can I use it on my arms or thighs?
It is shaped for a waist and that is where it holds. The straps let it sit on a thigh, but the contour is built for the middle.
Is there anyone who should not use it?
EMS is not for you if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electrical device, if you are pregnant, or if you have epilepsy. Not over broken skin. If you are being treated for anything, ask your doctor first.
Does it need charging?
Yes, over USB. There is no cable to trip on while you wear it.
What is in the box?
